Tall Poppy Syndrome Focus Group (Live Zoom Session)

Description

Tall poppy syndrome occurs when you are attacked, resented, ostracized or disliked because of your achievements or success.

The NLCA is holding Tall Poppy Focus Groups to determine the prevalence and effects of TPS towards ambitious women in the construction industry. These focus groups are an opportunity for women to participate in uncovering and analyzing TPS within the construction industry, its prevalence and who exactly is doing the cutting down.
