This course is intended for those who use the basic features of Microsoft Word, but want to learn more. Participants will gain efficiency in using many of Word’s more advanced features to create and manage professional looking documents.

Prerequisites: A basic to intermediate knowledge of and experience with Word. New users should attend Word Part 1 (Basic) before taking this course. Note: Access to the Microsoft Word desktop app is required for this course. It is also beneficial to have two monitors/screens, so students can follow along and test out their new skills as we go. 

Method of Delivery: This course is delivered as an interactive Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) course using the PESL GoToTraining platform. 

Duration: 1/2 Day (4 hours) Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certification Program: This course is a CCA Gold Seal Certified Course (1 Credit).
