CCA Subcontracts 101
June 5, 2025 (11:30 AM - 3:30 PM) (NDT)
Description
“Very interesting. It really opened my eyes on how to read these contracts.” “It was a great course. Helps me to be a better professional personally. I feel more of an asset to my company!”
Description: Eighty percent of the people managing construction contracts do not read, do not understand or are not following the construction contract in place between the two organizations. This creates problems for both the contractor and the subcontractor (and sub-subcontractor). The Canadian Construction Association publishes standard documents for the construction industry.
