Women's Leadership Certification

Description

This certificate positions women who are in leadership positions to recognize when there is a gender dimension at work and how they can outstrategize gender bias and their own habits to achieve better results. 

Program Description: As a woman leader, you face a variety of unique challenges that require practical strategies to navigate. In this program you will learn different approaches for effectively handling common obstacles, how to strengthen your emotional intelligence, and develop the skills necessary to stand out as a leader among both men and women. 

This leadership training will allow you to:
