In this session, Gregory Anthony, Partner at Cox & Palmer, will provide an overview of the purpose and drafting of termination clauses in a written employment contract. Greg will describe how the employer or employee may end the employment relationship, and how a written termination clause defines the rights and liabilities in those scenarios. Greg will also review common errors made in drafting termination clauses and suggested best practices in drafting or reviewing those clauses.
