This series provides an understanding of how gender-based and sexual harassment show up in the workplace and practical ways to develop a culture of trust, respect, transparency, and accountability through policies and practices.
The micro-lessons are offered as self-paced, online learning and will consist of six short modules (each can be completed in 10-15 minutes) in English or French, covering core concepts and principles for building accountable workplace cultures.
These micro lessons aim to provide a basic understanding of how gender-based and sexual harassment occurs in the workplace and practical ways to develop a culture of trust, respect, transparency, and accountability through policies, practices, and procedures.
A certificate of completion at the end of the micro lessons acknowledges that the member has learned essential concepts, practical strategies, and actionable steps to cultivate a safe and inclusive workplace.
