NLCA is seeking your participation and feedback from men and those who identify as men, in the construction industry. This focus group is open to men and those who identify as men only. We are specifically seeking insights from this exclusive group.

Despite consistent feedback from women expressing the desire for greater male involvement in supporting and advancing women in the industry, there's a challenge in realizing this aspiration. Tonya Whittle is facilitating a focused discussion group to directly engage with men.

Through targeted questions, we aim to open a dialogue that explores challenges, opinions, and viewpoints crucial for understanding and bridging the existing gap and foster inclusive relationships and collaboration with men instead of creativity diversity.
