This session will examine improving productivity, safety and morale through active attendance management. Topics covered will include: why is attendance management important; what is the different between culpable and non-culpable absenteeism; how do you respond to each type of absenteeism; how to respond to disability-related absences, particularly as it relates to obtaining medical information; and when can you end the employment relationship in the case of non-culpable absences.
