Workshop #1 Description:

Healthy boundaries require self-awareness and strategic application. This requires first understanding your own needs and motivations to protect your physical, emotional, and mental health while using your skills and talents generously.

Learning to recognize when others are taking advantage of you and overstepping boundaries and what to do about it is critical for forming long lasting, mutually respectful relationships in your personal and professional life.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If you complete all three workshops in this professional development series you will obtain a Master Level Achievement in Furthering Women's Education and Empowerment.
