Workshop #3: Effective Communication

Workshop Description: In this workshop, the focus will be on the standard types of communication - passive, passive-aggressive, aggressive, and finally assertive. In our careers, and lives, effective and clear communication is a result of inner beliefs, fears and lack of training. 

We will identify areas of communication, understand how to communicate and be assertive in that communication. All personal and professional development requires us to be able to communicate.
