Workshop #2 Description:
In this workshop, we're linking performance and capacity with a focus on energy management to help you get more done. Traditional time management focuses only on tasks and time optimization. The core problem with this is that time is a finite resource. Energy is a different story.
When we focus on energy management, not only can we get more done but have energy for our personal lives too.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: If you complete all three workshops in this professional development series you will obtain a Master Level Achievement in Furthering Women's Education and Empowerment.
